1. Right to Cancel Your Order
Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel their online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation request.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The product must include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging whenever possible.
- The product must not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the product has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds will generally be issued within 14 days after:
- We receive the returned item; or
- You provide proof that the item has been returned.
Original standard shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable European consumer law.
Additional shipping costs resulting from the customer's choice of a premium delivery option are not refundable.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:
- A defective product;
- A damaged product;
- An incorrect item sent by us;
We will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns under the right of withdrawal, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number;
- Description of the issue;
- Photos or videos showing the problem.
We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
